eSIM2you ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you use our website, mobile application, and related services to browse, purchase, activate, and manage prepaid travel eSIM data plans.

Account & verification: phone number, one-time passcodes, email, and related authentication signals needed to secure your account.

Profile & usage: app and website interactions, device type, OS version, app version, diagnostics, and crash data to keep the service reliable.

Billing address: the name, address, email, and phone number you provide for receipts and payment verification.

Transaction data: plan purchases, payment references, amounts, currency, payment status, activation timestamps, and carrier identifiers needed to deliver connectivity. On website plan checkout, card number, expiry, and security code are entered in the checkout form and encrypted in your browser by Pokpay before transmission; eSIM2you does not store those card details.

Support communications: messages you send to support and metadata needed to respond.

Optional biometrics: if you enable device biometrics, biometric templates stay on your device; we do not receive your raw biometric data.

We use personal data to provide and improve the App and website; verify identity; process purchases and activations; detect fraud and abuse; comply with law; communicate service messages; and analyze aggregated usage to improve performance and features. We do not sell your personal information.

The website uses a strictly necessary first-party cookie to remember your privacy choices. Optional analytics cookies and similar technologies are disabled unless you enable Analytics. Optional advertising technologies from Google Ads and Meta are disabled unless you enable Marketing.

You can accept all optional categories, reject them, or choose categories individually in the Privacy choices dialog. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time using the Privacy choices link in the website footer. Our consent record includes the consent version and timestamp so we can respect changes to this policy.

We share information with mobile operators and technical partners as needed to provision data plans; with Pokpay, our payment processor, which encrypts and processes card details to take payment; with infrastructure, analytics, and advertising providers when you enable the relevant optional category and under contracts that limit use; and when required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety. If eSIM2you is involved in a merger or acquisition, information may transfer subject to this Policy or equivalent protections.

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods vary by data category and jurisdiction.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. On website plan checkout, card details are encrypted in your browser by Pokpay before they leave your device and are not stored by eSIM2you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; use strong device passcodes and keep your OS updated.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise rights; we may verify your request. You may disable optional analytics where the App or website provides controls.

We may process data in countries where we or our partners operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

The App and website are not directed at children under 13 or the minimum age in your region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; contact us if you believe we have, and we will take appropriate steps.

We may update this Policy and will post the new date at the top. Material changes may be communicated through the App, website, or email where appropriate.
